# Maybloc

> Maybloc is speech-to-text infrastructure. Send a recording and get back the whole conversation: every speaker separated, overlapping speech kept, every word timed, and subtitles ready to export.

Use it through the dashboard or the REST API. Pricing is per minute processed, billed by the second: audio $0.006 per minute, plus optional add-ons. No plans or seats. Full prices are at https://maybloc.com/pricing.

## Integrate

- REST base URL: `https://app.maybloc.com/api/v1`, authenticated with a bearer API key. Read it from the `MAYBLOC_API_KEY` environment variable; never hard-code it.
- Flow: `POST /uploads` for a signed upload URL, PUT the file, `POST /uploads/{id}/complete`, then `POST /transcripts` with an `Idempotency-Key` header. Fetch `GET /transcripts/{id}/result` or handle the signed webhook.
- There are no SDKs; the OpenAPI document is the contract.

## Output

- `speakers`: one entry per distinct voice, stable across the whole file, up to 25 per recording
- `turns`: id, speaker_id, start_ms, end_ms, text, and timed words
- `overlaps`: start_ms, end_ms, and turn_ids wherever two or more people speak at once
- SRT and WebVTT subtitle export with speaker names

## Data

- Users can delete any file and its transcript at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.
- Audio is kept for 7 days so it can be played back next to the transcript; results are kept for 30 days. Neither is used to train models.
